New Mom Jacqueline Thanks Team at Northwest Women’s Center For Outstanding Care
10/8/2026
When Jacqueline welcomed her baby boy, Mason, the team at at Northwest Women’s Center helped make his Sept. 21 birthday even more special.
“Alicia was my labor and delivery nurse, and she was absolutely phenomenal!” Jacqueline says. “She truly cared and was one of the sweetest nurses I have ever met. She was so kind, patient, attentive, and reassuring…she genuinely cares about her patients and truly loves what she does. I am so grateful that she was there with me during such an important and unforgettable moment in my life.”
The entire Northwest Women’s Center team worked together to make Jacqueline’s birth experience not only less stressful, but more comfortable and manageable. When she moved on from labor and delivery, postpartum nurse, Rena, gave Mason his very first bath gently (and firmly – new babies can be slippery when wet!
“Rena honestly reminded me of a caring family member,” Jacqueline says. “She knew exactly how to handle him.”
Jacqueline says she’s very grateful for the kind, compassionate care she and Mason received – and that the team who helped bring him into the world will always be a special part of their birth story.
