Get Better Faster: Northwest Urgent Care Now Offering Virtual Visits
9/9/2026
Not feeling well, but don’t want to rearrange your day in order to wait an urgent care lobby? Northwest Urgent Care is now offering virtual visits. A provider can assess your symptoms from home, work or wherever you are – and help you determine a safe path forward, whether that means getting a diagnosis online or arranging for in-person care.
Not all urgent care visits are appropriate to be made virtually. However, virtual visits may be appropriate for:
- Colds and allergies
- Minor flu symptoms
- Sinus infections
- Minor injuries, including sprains, cuts and scrapes
- Minor burns
- Rashes
- Conjunctivitis (pinkeye)
- Yeast infections
- Urinary tract infections
Most insurance plans cover virtual visits like in-person visits. Check with your insurance provider for specific co-pay and coverage information.

Please note that urgent and walk-in care is not intended to be used for life-threatening emergencies or as a substitute for your personal physician. When in doubt about the seriousness of an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to an emergency room.
