Oro Valley Hospital is an accredited Chest Pain Center recognized by ACC Accreditation Services. Our protocol-driven approach to heart care allows us to reduce time to treatment during the critical first stages of a heart attack.
Primary Stroke Center Gold Seal™ Designation
When you experience symptoms of a stroke, get to Oro Valley Hospital. We are certified by The Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center. That's important, because these accredited stroke centers have demonstrated expertise in the early assessment, rapid diagnosis and treatment of stroke emergencies according to The Joint Commission. The "Brain Attack Team" collaborates with local EMS to provide patients with quick access to advanced diagnostic and treatment technology.
AZDHS Cardiac Receiving Center
Oro Valley Hospital is recognized as an Arizona Cardiac Receiving Center by the Save Hearts in Arizona Registry & Education (SHARE) program. The recognition means that we provide treatments designed to improve patients' chances of survival after sudden cardiac arrest.
